This Privacy Policy explains how DS Ai Labs LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects and processes data through A2Aflow (the “Service”).

It applies to two groups of people:

• Customers: companies that use A2Aflow on their websites
• Visitors: people who chat with an A2Aflow agent on a customer’s website

a) Information You Provide

• name, email and business details when you create an account or contact us
• company information, website content and settings you provide for the agent
• communication with us

b) Visitor Conversation Data

When a visitor chats with an agent, we collect:

• messages exchanged with the agent
• contact details the visitor provides (such as name, company and email)
• project specifications (such as material, tolerance, quantity, finish and lead time)
• language and conversation logs

c) Website Content

For customers, we read and process the pages, product data and documents on the customer’s website so the agent can answer questions from them.

d) Automatically Collected Data

• IP address
• device and browser data
• usage activity
• cookies and tracking data

e) AI Interaction Data

• prompts and outputs
• agent behavior logs
• interaction data between agents, including third-party AI agents

03How We Use Data

We use data to:

• operate and improve the Service
• provide AI functionality, including answering visitor questions and qualifying enquiries
• pass Qualified Leads to the customer whose website the visitor used
• route enquiries and match companies through the FlowMarket network
• bill customers for Qualified Leads
• detect abuse and ensure security
• communicate updates

04Visitors and Customers

When a visitor submits their contact details and project specification through the agent, this information is passed to the customer whose website they are on, who then uses it to respond to the visitor. Customers are responsible for how they use Lead data and for informing their visitors about the use of the chat agent on their website.

05FlowMarket Network

If the network features are enabled, an enquiry that the customer cannot serve may be passed to another company on the FlowMarket network that can, and enquiries from other websites may be passed to the customer. In those cases, the visitor’s contact details and specification are shared with the receiving company for the purpose of answering the enquiry.

06Legal Basis (GDPR)

If applicable, we process data based on:

• contractual necessity
• legitimate interests
• legal obligations
• user consent

07Data Sharing

We may share data with:

• customers, for Leads generated on their websites
• other FlowMarket network companies, as described in Section 5
• service providers (hosting, AI APIs, analytics)
• legal authorities if required
• business transfers (for example, in an acquisition)

We do not sell personal data.

08Data Retention

We retain data:

• as long as the customer’s account is active
• as necessary for legal, billing or operational purposes

After an account is closed, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable time unless we are required to keep it.

• improve functionality
• analyze usage
• enhance performance

10Your Rights

You may:

• access your data
• request correction or deletion
• object to processing
• request data portability
