Refund Policy

01Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how fees for A2Aflow (the “Service”), operated by DS Ai Labs LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), are charged, disputed and refunded. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

02How You Are Charged

• A2Aflow has no licence fee, seat fee, setup fee or commission.
• You pay USD 25 per Qualified Lead, and only for Qualified Leads.
• Conversations that do not produce a Qualified Lead are not charged.
• Leads generated during the free trial week are not charged.

Because you are only charged after a lead has been generated, there are no prepayments or subscriptions to refund.

03Leads That Are Not Charged

The following are not charged:

• duplicate leads
• leads with invalid contact details
• leads generated through your own testing

If one of these leads appears on your invoice, report it as described in Section 4, and we will correct the invoice.

04Disputing a Lead

• Report a disputed lead within 14 days of the invoice date. Send us the lead and the reason for the dispute.
• We will review the dispute in good faith and tell you the outcome.
• If the dispute is accepted, we will remove the lead from your invoice. If you have already paid, we will credit the amount against your next invoice or refund it to you.
• Disputes reported after the 14-day period may be declined.

05When a Lead Counts as Qualified

A Lead is qualified when the agent has captured the visitor’s contact details and the specification your team needs to prepare a quote, according to the criteria set in your account. The following are not grounds for a refund:

• the lead does not result in a quote, order or revenue
• the visitor does not respond to your follow-up
• the lead does not meet expectations you did not set in your qualification criteria

You can adjust your qualification criteria at any time, and changes apply to future leads.

06No Other Refunds

Apart from the cases above, fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We do not guarantee any number of leads, orders, revenue or other business results.

07Cancelling

You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the script from your website and closing your account. No cancellation fee applies. Fees for Qualified Leads generated up to that point remain payable.

08Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are paid back using the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.

09Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
